About Us

Who we are

Our aim is that everyone who makes CCC their spiritual home, becomes a 100% committed follower of Christ.

Our goal is to see the whole church taking the whole gospel to the whole community.

We are passionate about sharing the gospel message in our village, across the Chilterns and to the ends of the earth.

CCC is committed to sending Missions teams to minister both in the United Kingdom and overseas.

Our Core Values

Everyone Matters

    • Discipleship: All we do stems from being a “Learner of Jesus”.
    • Preaching/Teaching: Learning from Gods Word so that we can know more about God and put our Faith into practice.
    • Worship: All we do stems from an attitude and environment of worship.
    • Prayer: Every aspect of life needs to be surrounded by prayer.
    • Relationship: Building and sustaining loving relationship throughout the church.
    • Service: All work and ministry stems from a servant attitude.
    • Equipping: The work of ministry is to equip the body of Christ for service.
    • Evangelism: To fulfil Christ’s commission to present the Gospel and make disciples.
    • Revelation: The Holy Spirit continues to bring fresh revelation from His own Word, the Bible.

Worship

Here at CCC we believe that we were created to worship God our Maker and to declare the praises of him who called us out of darkness and into his wonderful light. Worship is a lifestyle that involves all that we are and all that we were made to be, and we worship freely, willingly and joyfully as we value God above all things. Worship is everything that we do that declares the worth of the Lord our Saviour and as we meet together our worship of God is often expressed in corporate praise through music and song. Jesus said that the kind of worshippers that the Father seeks, are those who will worship him in the Spirit and in truth and as we declare the praises of God and worship him we welcome the Holy Spirit among us because where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him.
Romans 12:1 (The Message)

Prayer

Prayer is the heartbeat of all we do at CCC and as such is incorporated into all of our ministries and groups. We have prayer pods that meet regularly and a dedicated intercessory group that meets weekly.

Mission

Jesus: I am here speaking with all the authority of God, who has commanded Me to give you this commission: Go out and make disciples in all the nations. Ceremonially wash them through baptism in the name of the triune God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Then disciple them. Form them in the practices and postures that I have taught you, and show them how to follow the commands I have laid down for you. And I will be with you, day after day, to the end of the age.
Matthew 28:18-20 (The Voice)

At CCC, we take the commission of Jesus very seriously and count it a true joy to share in the spread of the Gospel. We recognise the missionary calling of God on His Church. Revival begins in our heart, but mission begins at the church door.

“If Jesus Christ be God and died for me, then no sacrifice can be too great for me to make for Him.” (C.T. Studd)

“Go, send, or disobey.” (John Piper)

We support (and send) Missionaries into our Nation and to the Nations. Currently at CCC we are supporting and partnering with:

  • Churches in Albania
  • Emanuel Radio Station in Albania
  • Missionaries in Sweden
  • Frontiers
  • London City Mission
  • Tearfund
  • Samaritan’s Purse
  • Wycliffe Bible Translators

There is opportunity to join short term mission teams or longer term mission placements both here in the U.K. or overseas.

Our missions giving and partnership is led by our ‘Global Visions Team’ who meet throughout the year to oversee the relationship between CCC and our missions partners. We hold regular Missions Prayer Breakfasts and events including several Sunday morning services throughout the year.

The nations shall be yours for the asking, and the entire earth will belong to you.
Psalm 2:8 (The Voice)
